Returns & Refunds
Canadian Orders
You may return any item purchased within Canada within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a missing or defective product.
To initiate a return, please email hello@cocoonapothecary.com before mailing any products. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for reimbursement or store credit.

- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return has been received and processed by Cocoon Apothecary, we will inspect the condition of the item(s). If the condition of the item(s) matches the description provided to our Customer Service team, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit via email.
You can expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving the return.
U.S. Orders
Due to the costs and logistics associated with international returns, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for orders shipped to the United States.

CanadaWorking Outside Dirty All The Time. Keeps My Face From Breaking Out.
Been using this for a while now and it's keeps my face from breaking out very well. I work outside in a vineyard, in marine yards, with machinery, and eventually on hydro poles, this really helps with cleaning my face of all the debris and such that I get exposed to. The design of the dispenser is a little finicky, I've had difficulty trying to get the dispenser to unlock from it's shipping state occasionally. Otherwise, the product itself is great, I'm a regular buyer.
