Hotel Details
A $250 security deposit will be taken at check-in to cover any incidentals. Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. Early check-in/check-out may be available at an additional cost. Breakfast and other meals/snacks are not included.
Parking
Parking is an additional fee. The Walper Hotel has many parking lots nearby to the Hotel including the Charles/Benton lot across the street from the Hotel (which has in and out privileges and can be added to the Hotel bill).

How many people can I book at the same time?
Our system allows you to purchase up to 4 packages at a time. For groups larger than 4, please contact spa@cocoonapothecary.com.

What do I need to know about checking in?
Our standard check in time is 3:00pm. If you’re early, we’re happy to take your bags. In the event that your room is ready in advance of 3:00pm, we’ll let you know, and get you settled in! Fees may apply.
Our team of Front Desk Ambassadors are here to greet you and make check-in as easy as possible! Here's a few helfpul details to know before you arrive:
- Upon arrival at the hotel, we do have one parking space in front of the Lobby on Queen Street for dropping off guests and unloading bags. This is a 15-min-max space, great for drop-offs, or connecting with the Front Desk Ambassador if you need assistance on where to park your vehicle for the night!
- Please note that a valid credit card must be used to check-in and complete your security deposit.
