Returns & Refunds
Canadian Orders
You may return any item purchased within Canada within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a missing or defective product.
To initiate a return, please email hello@cocoonapothecary.com before mailing any products. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for reimbursement or store credit.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return has been received and processed by Cocoon Apothecary, we will inspect the condition of the item(s). If the condition of the item(s) matches the description provided to our Customer Service team, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit via email.
You can expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving the return.
U.S. Orders
Due to the costs and logistics associated with international returns, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for orders shipped to the United States.
If you experience an issue with a U.S. order, such as receiving a missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact hello@cocoonapothecary.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How the Program Works
1. Return & Earn: For every bottle you return, you’ll receive a $0.75 credit towards your next Cocoon purchase. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us reduce waste.

I really enjoy this soap, not only for the 'clean' ingredients, but for the wonderful scent. This is not an overpowering scent; just right. It lathers nicely and I also have used the Peppermint and Lavender. All are great.

The soap is very nice and the full scent it should have. Nice on the skin. The only thing I found is the block of soap a bit big the way it is cut, would have been nice if it was longer and not as tall. I solve this issue by cutting it in half.

I'm a first-time buyer, and am very impressed with Cocoon Apothecary's ethos, care, experience and results. I ordered the Patchouli soap and Petal Purity Milk Cleanser, and they arrived (via local delivery) the very next day, with minimal, reusable, recyclable packaging. Inside the bag was not only my order, but also a sweet note, and samples of a different soap and the Petal Purity Toner. The soap has been gentle & thorough on my dry gardening hands, and makes the bathroom smell soothing. The cleanser took some getting used to (I'm unfamiliar with the milk texture) - I've found it is most 'workable' right after I wash my hands, so my hands are wet but face is dry. After a couple weeks, my skin texture has improved, and it looks & feels more radiant. I'm having fewer and 'smaller' breakouts. Another huge plus for me (and the reason I bought it in the first place) is that there is a recycling program for their glass bottles. Amazing. I'm thoroughly satisfied and will be buying again!

Its lovely! The scent is a perfect patchouli - not too strong but definitely scented enough to notice. I love that its a big cube. I haven't noticed that it gets mushy, but you could easily cut it in half to use half for your hands and keep the other half in the shower. :) The lather is great too.

I was one of the folks who had been asking for a Patchouli soap from Cocoon, and I am very much in love with it now that it's here! The scent is smokey, earthy, and a bit sweet--not at all that overly pungent, slightly acidic scent that other patchouli products from other companies sometimes have. It's also non-drying and makes a very satisfying amount of lather in the shower or at the sink. Not only does it smell amazing, and lather well without drying, but I think the new cube shape makes it look good sitting by the sink or shower. Worth the wait! :)
