Returns & Refunds

 

Canadian Orders

You may return any item* purchased within Canada within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a missing or defective product.

*Accessories and perfumes are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please email hello@cocoonapothecary.com before mailing any products. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for reimbursement or store credit.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return
• The reason for the return

Once your return has been received and processed by Cocoon Apothecary, we will inspect the condition of the item(s). If the condition of the item(s) matches the description provided to our Customer Service team, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You can expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving the return.

 

U.S. Orders

Due to the costs and logistics associated with international returns, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for orders shipped to the United States.

If you experience an issue with a U.S. order, such as receiving a missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@cocoonapothecary.com and we will be happy to assist you.
