- Free shipping on orders $100 or more within Canada.
- Flat-rate shipping of $12 on orders under $100.

- The shipping fee includes all applicable U.S. brokerage fees.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing:
- Take a photo of the parcel and affected items. Please use care when handling broken glass.

- We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Returns & Refunds
Canadian Orders
You may return any item purchased within Canada within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a missing or defective product.
To initiate a return, please email hello@cocoonapothecary.com before mailing any products. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for reimbursement or store credit.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Once your return has been received and processed by Cocoon Apothecary, we will inspect the condition of the item(s). If the condition of the item(s) matches the description provided to our Customer Service team, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit via email.
You can expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving the return.
U.S. Orders
Due to the costs and logistics associated with international returns, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for orders shipped to the United States.
If you experience an issue with a U.S. order, such as receiving a missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact hello@cocoonapothecary.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

How the Program Works
1. Return & Earn: For every bottle you return, you’ll receive a $0.75 credit towards your next Cocoon purchase. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us reduce waste.

Reuse and Recycle: Bottles that can be cleaned and sterilized are reused, while any packaging that cannot be reused is sent to PACT, an organization that specializes in responsibly recycling cosmetic packaging.

Dead Sea Salts
EXTRACTION: Harvested
DESCRIPTION: The Dead Sea is the densest and most saline body of water in the world. Other saline bodies of water receive their saline properties from high levels of sodium chloride at 85%, whereas the Dead Sea’s mineral composition varies substantially as it only contains 2.5% sodium chloride. It’s mineral composition contains chloride and bromide, magnesium, sodium, calcium and potassium. Because of its diverse mineral composition, dead sea salts are a unique and intensely healing, hydrating and calming ingredient when added to one's skin care routine.
Minerals from the Dead Sea hydrate the skin through a combination of osmotic balance, barrier support, and moisture retention. Here’s how they work:

Epsom Salts
EXTRACTION: Harvested
DESCRIPTION: Before the 17th century, Epsom was a small rural town located on the outskirts of London. The history of the town changed when a salt compound was discovered by a man named Henry Wicker in the waters of a saline spring that flowed through Epsom. These salts would soon take the cosmetic and wellness world by storm and eventually became known as Epsom Salts. Locals would boil down the mineral water of the springs in order to obtain the compound. This compound has multiple medicinal properties and benefits, and is now manufactured and used around the world. DESCRIPTION: The rose geranium, or Pelargonium graveolens, is a flower native to the Cape and Northern Provinces of South Africa, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. This plant is a medium-sized shrub and produces pale pink to off-white flowers. The strength of the smell of geranium plants vary, however most have a strong rosy lemon scent. Geranium essential oil has a sweet and herbaceous scent and is a thin light yellow to greenish yellow in colour. It contains citronellol and beta-caryophyllene, which have antioxidant properties.

Relaxed and grounded soak!
This blend is just perfect for overall relaxation ,but it also has some spruce, which I find takes the edge off, like a walk in the forest!
